Users agree to: provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, respect providers and customers, avoid fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
4. Provider Responsibilities
Providers are responsible for: maintaining required licenses or insurance where applicable, providing accurate profile information, delivering services professionally and legally.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Tavfon may charge platform or processing fees.
6. Verification & Safety
Tavfon may implement identity, insurance, or background verification systems, but Tavfon does not guarantee the conduct, quality, legality, or safety of any user or provider.
7. No Emergency Services
Tavfon is not a 911 emergency service platform. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tavfon shall not be liable for: service disputes, property damage, personal injury, losses arising from provider/customer interactions, off-platform agreements. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Account Suspension
Tavfon may suspend or remove accounts that violate policies, laws, or platform standards.
